Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Despite the care taken in creating the site's content, typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. However, the consumer's mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. Subject to legal warranties, we do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your subjective expectations.

 

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

If you send us ideas, suggestions or materials, you agree that we may use them freely for commercial purposes, without obligation of confidentiality or compensation.

You are responsible for your own comments and warrant that they do not violate the rights of others or contain defamatory or harmful material.

SECTION 11 – PRICES AND TAXES

All prices on the site are expressed in euros and include VAT and applicable taxes within the European Union. For orders shipped outside the EU, any local duties and taxes remain the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price. In case of non-payment of such charges, the refund will only be made after the goods have been returned, net of any expenses incurred.

 

SECTION 12 – DELIVERY

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer by couriers chosen by the Seller. We will make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible; during peak periods, shipments may take longer. For pre-order products, delivery times are indicated on the product page. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete address. Once the order has been shipped, any requests for address changes are not guaranteed. If the package shows signs of tampering or damage, it is advisable to accept it with reservation and immediately notify us. To facilitate claim management, we invite you to report any problems within 24/48 hours of delivery, without prejudice to the full protection of the consumer's legal rights.

 

SECTION 13 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The User has the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which the User, or a person designated by him (other than the courier), acquires physical possession of the products.
To exercise this right, the User must clearly communicate their decision to withdraw by sending an e-mail to: assistenza@ichnoswatches.com.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in new condition, unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging and accessories. Protective films, where present, should be kept; their absence, in the presence of signs of use, scratches or tampering that compromise the integrity of the product, may make it impossible to proceed with the refund. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

The return must be made without delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which the User communicated the withdrawal.

The return shipment is organized and managed by Ichnos Watches and does not incur any additional cost for the customer. Ichnos Watches assumes responsibility for transport until the goods are redelivered.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. Once the returned product has been received and verified, the Seller will notify via e-mail of the approval or rejection of the refund.

The Seller does not accept returns for personalized products or products made at the specific request of the User. Such products are considered personalized and are not eligible for replacement or refund.

If the Customer requests a repair or replacement under warranty, or requests replacement with a different product, this choice is final and cannot subsequently be converted into a refund request.

Once the package has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be processed before delivery. However, the right of withdrawal after delivery remains valid, according to the procedure indicated above. In case of refusal of the package upon delivery, all related costs will be deducted from the refund, if applicable.

 

SECTION 14 – LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY

All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty of conformity provided by the Consumer Code.
The Seller guarantees that the goods comply with the contract, are free from defects and suitable for the intended use.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use. Any defects must be reported by contacting Customer Service at assistenza@ichnoswatches.com.
