Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products through the official ICHNOS Watches website. By placing an order, the customer fully accepts the conditions stated below.

1. Orders and Payments

Orders are accepted exclusively online. Payments are processed securely through the circuits enabled on the site. ICHNOS reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or product unavailability. We reserve the right to refuse any order and to limit the quantities that can be purchased per person or per order.

2. Prices and Taxes

All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT applicable within the European Union. For orders shipped outside the EU, any local duties and taxes remain the responsibility of the customer. In case of non-payment of such charges, the refund will be made only after the goods have been returned, net of expenses incurred.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipments are made within 2–5 business days from payment confirmation, unless otherwise indicated on the product page. Products are delivered via couriers selected by ICHNOS Watches. For pre-order products, delivery times are indicated on the product sheet.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. If the package shows signs of tampering or damage, it is advisable to accept it with reservations and report the problem within 24–48 hours of delivery, without prejudice to the full legal rights of the consumer. ICHNOS is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier or customs.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide reasons, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to communicate it via email to: assistenza@ichnoswatches.com.

The product must be returned intact, unused, in its original packaging, and complete with accessories. Protective films, where present, must be kept; their absence, in the presence of signs of use or tampering, may result in the impossibility of proceeding with the refund.

The return must take place within 14 days of the communication of withdrawal, to the following address:

Return shipping is organized and managed by ICHNOS Watches at no additional cost to the customer. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Returns are not accepted for personalized products or those made to the customer's specific request.

5. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All ICHNOS Watches products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of 24 months provided by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). The seller guarantees that the products comply with the contract, are free from defects, and are suitable for their intended use. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (images, texts, logos, designs) is the exclusive property of ICHNOS Watches and protected by copyright laws. Any reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

ICHNOS Watches will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or purchased products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Personal Data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the site.

9. Applicable Law and Competent Court

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Cagliari shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer's imperative rights provided for by current legislation.
