Pre-Order Policy

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item that is not yet physically available in our warehouse but is currently in production. Delivery times for pre-order products differ from standard times and are indicated on the product page and/or collection page. As these items are still in production, the dates provided are indicative and subject to possible variations. In case of delays, we will promptly update the information. Before completing your purchase, please check if the selected product is available for immediate shipment or if it is offered as a pre-order. Once the order is confirmed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with your order number.

Can I modify a pre-order?

You can request to change the model within the same pre-ordered collection. Our staff will check the availability of the requested version and contact you as soon as possible. Once the item has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to make changes.

Can I combine in-stock items and pre-order items?

Yes. If the order contains both available products and pre-order products, the former will be shipped immediately according to standard times. A second shipment will follow when the pre-order item is ready.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

- Pre-orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. In this case, the refund will be issued immediately after cancellation confirmation.
- After this period, cancellation before delivery is no longer possible. This is because pre-orders are used to plan and schedule production: once the batch is confirmed, materials and resources are allocated based on the number of orders collected. Late cancellations could compromise the correct execution of the production process.
- In any case, the right of withdrawal provided by law remains valid: the customer can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, according to the standard procedure.

When will I receive the refund if I cancel?

- If you cancel within 24 hours, the refund will be issued immediately after cancellation confirmation.
- If you exercise your right of withdrawal after delivery, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received and verified.

Can I return a pre-ordered product after delivery?

Yes. It is always possible to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, following the standard return procedure.
